Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and
technology, notes the TR1 notification received below from Sanderson Capital
Partners Ltd and highlights that the % holding reflects dilution from the
share issues in July 2025. Sanderson's previous holding was 93,033,333 shares
as at 11 February 2025.
