Repayment of Working Capital Loan

 

Issue of Warrants

 

Catenai PLC (AIM: CTAI), the AIM quoted provider of digital media and
technology, announces that further to the announcement on 14 January 2025, the
£100,000 working capital loan was repaid in full on 31 October 2025. The loan
was provided by a small group of lenders, including Sanderson Capital Partners
Limited, a substantial shareholder in the Company and related party.

 

In accordance with the terms of the working capital loan, in aggregate
33,333,334 warrants over new ordinary shares in the Company have been issued
to the lenders, exercisable at a price of 0.3 pence per share from the date of
issue until 31 October 2027.

 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation. The person who arranged for release of this
announcement on behalf of the Company was John Farthing, Interim Chief
Executive Officer of the Company and the Directors of the Company are
