PEORIA, Ill., Feb. 17, 2016 -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT/Euronext: CATR)
informs its stockholders that today, in accordance with Section 16(a) of the
U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, one Form 4 (the report on
Form 4 being a statement of beneficial ownership of its officers, directors and
10% owners) was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
