PEORIA, Ill., April 26, 2016 -- Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT/Euronext: CATR)
informs it shareholders that on 25 April 2016, it filed an annual Proxy
Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
