Air China falls on lower passenger traffic in May, rivals slip

** Hong Kong shares of Air China 0753.HK fall 3.3% to HK$4.74, on track for the biggest one-day pct decline since June 8
** Stock on course to snap two straight sessions of gains
** Shanghai-listed stock 601111.SS slips 2.1% to 6.38 yuan
** Air China says May passenger carried down 6.5% y/y and cargo carried down 4.6% y/y
** Rivals also slip with Hong Kong shares of China Eastern Airlines 06370.HK down 2.2% after posting 8.7% drop in May passenger trips carried and 3.7% fall in mail and cargo carried
** China Southern Airlines Hong Kong stock 1055.HK and Cathay Pacific Airways 0293.HK also fall 1.5% and 0.7% respectively
** YTD, Air China Hong Kong stock down 32.3%, Shanghai-listed shares down 31.5%
