** Air China's HK shares 0753.HK jump 12.2% to HK$4.98, set for biggest 1-day gain since Oct 2024, leading the rally in HK-listed airlines
** China Eastern 0670.HK surges 10.5%, best day since April 1; China Southern 1055.HK also up 10.5%, most since Jan 2025
** Cathay Pacific 0293.HK climbs 4.9%, on track for best day since April 8
** Shanghai-listed Air China 601111.SS, China Southern 600029.SS up 4%; China Eastern 600115.SS jumps 5.9%
** U.S. dollar, oil tumble after U.S.-Iran framework to re-open Strait of Hormuz
** Carriers gradually restoring some Middle East flights after war-related disruption
** YTD: Air China, China Eastern, China Southern HK shares down 29%-32%; Cathay off 1.7%
