SYDNEY/SINGAPORE, April 22 (Reuters) - Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific 0293.HK plans to issue benchmark-sized three-year Hong Kong dollar senior unsecured fixed-rate notes, according to a term sheet reviewed by Reuters on Wednesday, with an initial price guidance set in the 4.1% area.
