Cavendish plc (AIM: CAV) has been notified that on 17 December 2025 Lisa Gordon, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 450,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.60 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Lisa Gordon holds a total of 1,569,420 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
