ThomasLloyd Group Limited ("TLG") has today published reasons why shareholders
should
- vote IN FAVOUR of the resolutions at the requisitioned general
meeting of the Company to be held on 24 August 2023; and
- vote IN FAVOUR of the resolutions at the reconvened general
meeting of the Company to be held on 24 August 2023,
therefore voting IN FAVOUR of the continuation of ThomasLloyd Energy Impact
Trust plc.
