Cavendish Financial plc (AIM: CAV) has been notified that Mark Astaire,
Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 85,000 shares of 1 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.8p per share.

Following the purchase, Mark Astaire holds a total of 185,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
