Cavendish Financial plc (AIM: CAV) announces that 3,213,512 shares of 1 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), have been transferred from its EBT
administered by Zedra Trust Company (Guernsey) Limited ("Zedra") to its EBT
administered by Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited ("Apex").

Following the transfer, Apex has a beneficial holding of 34,774,661 (9.6%)
Ordinary Shares and Zedra has no beneficial holding.
