Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

The Board of Cavendish Financial plc (AIM: CAV) announces that the Company's
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024, which includes
the notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is being posted to
shareholders today.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts can also be viewed and downloaded
from the Company's website www.cavendish.com (//www.cavendish.com) .

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's registered office address, 1
Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL at 10.00am on Monday 16 September 2024.
