CBIZ to acquire Marcum unit in $2.3 bln deal

July 31 (Reuters) - Financial services provider CBIZ
 CBZ.N  said on Wednesday it would acquire the non-attestation
services business of accounting firm Marcum in a $2.3 billion
deal.
