** Co raises 2025 core profit per share forecast to between $6.10 and $6.20, from $5.80 and $6.10 per share

** CBRE posts Q2 core earnings per share of $1.19, compared with Wall Street estimates of $1.07, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Including session moves, shares up 21% YTD
