** CBRE post Q1 core profit of 86 cents/share vs analysts' estimate of 77 cents/share - LSEG

** Co post Q1 revenue of $8.91 billion, in line with analyst estimate

** 9 of 13 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 4 "hold"; their median PT is $147 - LSEG

** As of last close, stock had fallen 6.3% YTD
