** Shares of real estate service firm CBRE CBRE.N up nearly 4% at $170 premarket

** Co lifts annual profit citing strong demand for leasing and facilities management

** CBRE expects 2025 core earnings per share of $6.25 to $6.35, up from $6.10 to $6.20

** Co posts Q3 net income of $363 mln, or earnings per share of $1.21, compared with $225 mln, or 73 cents per share, a year ago.

     ** Total revenue for Q3 rose 13.5% to $10.26 bln from $9.04 bln in the prior year

** As of last close, stock up 24.7% YTD
