       Jan 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** The U.S. Department of Justice said it had filed a civil
lawsuit against KKR & Co Inc  KKR.N  "for repeatedly flouting
the premerger antitrust review process," alleging that the
company had "evaded antitrust scrutiny for at least 16 separate

    ** Utah-based Trucordia has acquired Colorado brokerage
Boulder Insurance Solutions, which serves small and mid-sized

    ** Pfizer  PFE.N  looking to sell about 700 million ordinary
shares in Haleon  HLN.L , its bookrunner J.P. Morgan said,
lowering its stake in the British consumer healthcare company to

    ** Real estate services firm CBRE Group  CBRE.N  said it
will acquire the 60% stake it does not already own in flexible
workspace provider Industrious National Management Company for

rival H&E Equipment Services  HEES.O  in a deal valued at $4.8

    ** Heavy industrial parts maker Wabtec Corp  WAB.N  said it
has agreed to buy Evident's inspection technologies division for

 NUE.N  to prepare a potential all-cash bid for U.S. Steel
