    GTCR, Elliott to buy CCC Intelligent Solutions in $6.1 billion deal
    Oct 15 (Reuters) - Insurance software provider CCC Intelligent Solutions CCC.O said on Thursday it would be acquired in a deal valued at about $6.1 billion by a consortium of private investment firms including GTCR and Elliott Investment Management.
