Aug 3 (Reuters) - CCT Land Holdings Ltd  0261.HK : 
 * CCT global and CCT Fortis entered into the agreement 
 * Deal for consideration of hk$24 million 
 * Consideration will be satisfied by way of set-off of the loan on the 
   completion date 
 * No significant gain or loss is expected to be recognised by CCT Land as a 
   result of the transaction 
 * CCT global conditionally agreed to sell, CCT fortis conditionally agreed to 
   purchase or procure its designated nominee to purchase the sale share 
 * Do not expect that transaction will have any material adverse impact on 
   financial performance of the CCT Land Group
