Wall Street's main indexes were mixed on Thursday as investors took stock of economic data that had been delayed by the U.S. government shutdown, while Nvidia's shares tumbled on concerns over intensifying competition in the AI chip space. .N

At  13:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.21% at 47,009.64. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.74% at 6,754.87, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.45% at 22,974.63.
