** Digital maps and geospatial software provider C.E. Info Systems CEIF.NS falls 8.2% to 1,793.10 rupees

** More than 352,968 shares traded in four block deals on NSE at 6.9%-8.2% discount to previous close of 1,953.30 rupees, per data compiled by LSEG

** Phonepe launched block deal to sell 5% equity in CEIF for 4.76 bln rupees ($55.7 mln), CNBC-TV18 reported citing sources

** Reuters could not immediately confirm the news

** Phonepe held 18.74% stake in CEIF as of March 31, per BSE data

** Overall trading vols at 1.6 mln shares, more than 15x the 30-day avg, in stock's busiest session since December 9, 2024

** YTD, CEIF gains ~13%
