** Shares of CE Info Systems Ltd  CEIF.NS  down 3.9% at 
2,319 rupees    
    ** More than 107,000 shares change hands in two block deals,
both at a discount to last close - National Stock Exchange of
India data
    ** Overall, around 400,000 shares traded, roughly close to
30-day avg volume
    ** Local media reports say mapping services' founder and top
shareholder Rakesh Kumar Verma will sell 0.9% stake on Wednesday
at base price of 2,293.20 rupees/shr - discount of 5% to
previous close
    ** Analysts rate CEIF "buy" on avg; median PT is 2,034
rupees - LSEG data
    ** Stock trims YTD gains to 20%
