APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Pegge as a
non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

 

Andrew is a director of POP Investments, which owns 13,881,374 shares in the
Company.  He has extensive experience of closed end funds and the corporate
governance surrounding them.

 

John Herring, Chairman of the Company, commented:
