Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

 

The Company announces that it was on 14 December 2023 informed by Mr
Sebastiaan Berger, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mr Paul
Austin, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that Mr Austin had sold
24,000 shares he held in the Company to Mr Berger.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse
