LISTING OF CONVERTIBLE BONDS
Successful admission of €25 million Senior Unsecured Convertible Bonds 2026 to TISE
 
Further to the announcement on 31 March 2021, CEIBA Investments Limited, the largest listed international company solely dedicated to investing in Cuba, with interests in Cuba's commercial and tourism real estate sectors, is pleased to announce the successful admission to The International Stock Exchange (TISE), Guernsey, of the €25,000,000, 10%, senior unsecured convertible bond issue due for repayment on 31 March 2026 (the "Bonds").  The ISIN number of the Bonds is GG00BMV37C27.
 
Trading in the Bonds can take place over the counter (OTC) but is expected to be limited. The Company has not appointed a market maker in the Bonds that is a trading member of TISE and in the absence thereof no price data with respect to the Bonds will be published on TISE.
