Update Re Internalisation of Management

 

 

Further to the announcement issued on 27 April 2023, the Board of CEIBA
Investments Limited ("CEIBA" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the
process to internalise the Company's investment management arrangements
completed on 30 June 2023.

 

From 1 July 2023, the Company is no longer managed by abrdn Fund Managers
Limited as the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager and will now
operate as a self-managed alternative investment fund.
