Ceigall India rises on bagging long-term power transmission project

** Ceigall India CEIG.NS rises as much as 2.9%, last up ~1% to 241.85 rupees

** Engineering and construction firm receives letter of intent from  a subsidiary of REC  RECM.NS for a power transmission project that will cost about 4.5 billion rupees ($50.48 million)

** Co will receive 585 million rupees  ($6.56 million) per year for 35 years to operate and maintain the project

** Co says the long term recurring cash flows and stable asset base will complement its more transactional business

** YTD, CEIG shares down ~29%
