CEL-SCI jumps after report on private call comments

** CEL-SCI Corp CVM.A shares up 30.91% at $4.32 after hitting
session high of $6.13; best level since Feb 10 for the
immunotherapy company

said CEO Geert Kersten "tipped off an invitation-only group of
investors and brokers" during a conference call last Wednesday
about the company's plan to issue a "major press release" later
this week
** Kersten told Reuters that the company's comments were
based on publicly available information. "It's all data that is
publicly disclosed, it's all on the government website, and I
didn't say anything that wasn't already public."
