Wall Street's main indexes dipped and the S&P 500 came off
record highs on Wednesday as investors assessed U.S. President
Donald Trump's latest tariff threats and awaited minutes from
the central bank's January meeting.  .N 
    
At 10:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down
0.35% at 44,402.61.The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.20% at
6,117.21, and the Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.37% at
19,967.90.
