ISTANBUL, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Here are news, reports and events that may affect Turkish financial markets on Wednesday. The lira  TRYTOM=D3  traded at 2.2055 against the dollar at 0648 GMT, firming from 2.2238 late on Tuesday. The 10-year benchmark bond yield  tTR270923T0=IS  climbed to 10.55 percent from a previous close of 10.23 percent. The main share index  .XU100  shed 2.7 percent to 62,449. GLOBAL MARKETS Asian share markets struggled to make some gains following a flat finish on Wall Street and as concerns over opaque policy moves in China kept investors on edge. Yields on 10-year U.S. Treasury notes were steady at 2.71 percent and currency dealers reported scant activity ahead of the end of the month. Gold fell and U.S. oil eased.
