Celldex rises on success of skin disease drug in mid-stage trial

** Shares of drug developer Celldex Therapeutics  CLDX.O 
rise 27.7% to $33.17 premarket
    ** Co says its drug barzolvolimab met the main goal in a
mid-stage trial evaluating it in patients with chronic
spontaneous urticaria (CSU)
    ** CSU is the presence of hives (raised red bumps) on the
skin daily or almost daily for at least six weeks 
    ** Up to last close, shares down 41.7% YTD
