India's Cellecor Gadgets hits record high on two partnerships

** Shares of mobile and television seller Cellecor Gadgets
 CELE.NS  rise 2.7% to 56.40 rupees, hitting a record high
    ** Co partners with Hello Mobiles to expand presence in
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh 
    ** Also partners with electronics distributor Comexcell
Technologies to expand in Uttar Pradesh
    ** CELE on track for fifth straight session of gains
    ** About 1.5 mln shares change hands, same as the 30-day avg
    ** Stock up ~77% so far this year
