At the Annual General Meeting of Celtic plc held on 16 November 2016 each of Resolutions 1 to 11 (inclusive) were proposed and recommended by the Board. Each was passed on a show of hands. 
Resolution 12 (Establishment of Supporters' Forum) was requisitioned by shareholders and was recommended by the Board. The resolution was passed on a show of hands.
