to $2.39 before the bell 
    ** Biotech co says U.S. Food and Drug Administration has
lifted the clinical hold on CYAD's early-stage cancer therapy

    ** Says clinical hold lifted after CYAD made changes to
eligibility criteria for study 
    ** Trial was put on hold by the health regulator in March
after CYAD had disclosed it was investigating reports of two

    ** In the trial, CYAD is evaluating its therapy CYAD-101,
