Jan 30 (Reuters) - Cemas  CEMAS.IS : 
    * Its unit Ozisik Insaat to increase share capital from 200 
million lira ($82.14 million) to 288,095,000 lira by bonus issue 
    * Previous year profits and positive distinction from share 
capital adjustment will be used for capital increase 
    * Its unit Ozisik shareholders will get 44.0475 percent 
bonus shares
