Brief: Cemas Unit BND Elektrik secures $19 mln and 1.5 mln lira credit

Oct 12 (Reuters) - Cemas  CEMAS.IS  
    * Unit BND Elektrik Üretim signs credit agreement for $19 
million and 1.5 million lira ($513,241.63) with Odea Bank 
    * The credit is with 10 years maturity and 12 months grace 
period 
    * Ozsk Insaat ve Enerji, Isklar Holding and Isklar 
Enerji ve Yap Holding also signed the agreement as guarantors
