    * Reports full year consolidated sales revenue of 112.9 
million euros ($119.37 million) versus 104.5 million euros a 
year ago 
    * Full year net income is 13.5 million euros versus 10.5 
million euros a year ago 
    * Proposes full year 2014 dividend of 0.36 euro per share 
with ex-dividend date May 18 and  payment date May 20
