* Reports H1 net profit of 8.9 million euros ($10.04 million), up 31.4 percent versus 6.8
million euros a year ago
* H1 revenue from sales of 63.0 million euros versus 56.6 million euros a year ago
* "We expect to close 2015 as a whole with an increase in consolidated sales and a further
improvement in the net financial position" - chairman and managing director Giovanni Rosani
