** Shares in Italy's Cementir Holding CEMI.MI rise 8.5% after Israel and Hamas agreed to the first phase of U.S. President Donald Trump's plan for Gaza, an analyst from Kepler Cheuvreux says

** Cementir's CEO has said in the past that the company has volume growth potential if a ceasefire is reached in Gaza, Syria or Ukraine, Kepler's Head of Italian Equity Research Matteo Bonizzoni says

** He also notes that around 40% of the cement maker's production capacity is based in Turkey

** The shares are on track for their best day since November 2020 if the gains hold

** Including Thursday's rise, they have gained around 45% YTD
