** Shares of engineering firm ITD Cementation  ITCM.NS  rise
exchange-allowed maximum of 20% to a record 645.35 rupees
    ** Co won order worth 19.37 bln rupees ($230.7 mln) to build
multi-storey commercial building in Uttar Pradesh
    ** Stock set for best day since June 18, 2020
    ** Trade vol at more than 7x the 30-day avg of 1.61 mln
    ** ITCM up ~115% YTD, rival NBCC (India)  NBCC.NS  up ~112%
and KEC International  KECL.NS  up ~74%
