India's ITD Cementation jumps as ICRA revises up outlook

** Construction co's shares  ITCM.NS  rise as much as 10.3% to
60.7 rupees, their biggest intraday gain in nearly three weeks
    ** Rating agency ICRA revises [12:20 AM] Francis, Derek
(Reuters) up outlook to "stable", from "rating watch with
developing implications"
    ** Co's ICRA long-term rating now at "ICRA A (stable)" and
short-term rating at "ICRA Al"
    ** Shares had fallen 0.63% this year as of last close
