** ITD Cementation India  ITCM.NS  hits upper circuit of 20%
to a 3-week high of 565.85 rupees
    ** Adani Group is set to buy ~47% stake in engineering and
construction co, Economic Times reports, citing people aware of
the matter
    ** Stock set for its best day in more than four years, to
snap three straight sessions of declines
    ** More than 13 mln shares traded, 8.5x the 30-day avg, in
stock's busiest day in more than a month
    ** YTD, ITCM has nearly doubled
