AGM Statement

 

Cenkos will be holding its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") today at 9.30
a.m. at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS. At the AGM, the Chairman of
the meeting will make the following statement in relation to the current year:

 

The Company had a good start to the year having completed three IPOs, four
placings and two M&A transactions within the first 10 weeks of the year.
Since the announcement of our 2021 results issued in mid-March 2022, the
macro-environment has remained challenging with the continuing war
in Ukraine combined with mounting inflation and interest rate concerns in
turn impacting investor risk appetite and capital markets activity generally.
Despite this we remain confident in our business model and our track record of
successful fundraising at every stage of the market cycle and continue to
maintain our strong balance sheet and financial resources well in excess of
regulatory requirements.  We are currently working on a number of
transactions for our clients and have an encouraging pipeline for the rest of
the year.
