and

finncap GROUP PLC

Cancellation of cenkos shares to trading on aim

Further to the announcement made by Cenkos Securities plc ("Cenkos") and
finnCap Group plc ("finnCap") on 7 September 2023 that the Scheme has become
Effective in accordance with its terms, Cenkos today announces that, following
an application by Cenkos, the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading
of Cenkos Shares on AIM, with effect from 7.00 am today, 8 September 2023.

 

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms in this announcement shall
have the meanings given to them in the Scheme Document.

 

All references to times in this announcement are to London time, unless
otherwise stated.
