PDMR Dealings

 

Cenkos has a Short Term Incentive Plan ("Plan") whereby certain PDMRs,
including Julian Morse as an executive director, have been granted restricted
share awards over ordinary shares in the Company ("Awards").  On 16 May 2022,
in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan, the outstanding Award
of 293,000 ordinary shares that had been made to Julian Morse in 2020, vested.
Upon the vesting of the Award and following the sale of a requisite number of
ordinary shares to cover the income tax and NIC liabilities, Julian Morse
received and retained 147,116 ordinary shares. Following this
transaction, Julian Morse is interested in a total of 1,674,873 ordinary
shares, representing 2.95% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

 

The notifications below are made in accordance with the requirements of
the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596) which is part
of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended
and supplemented from time to time, and provide further detail in relation to
the vesting of the Awards to Julian Morse and to certain other PDMRs in the
Company.
