** Shares of intimate apparel brand  NAKD.O  down 6.2% at
$0.56 in extended trade
    ** NAKD, in its annual report, disclosed that on Feb. 9 it
was requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to
provide certain documents and information for its investigation
