** U.K.-based sleep disorder therapy developer late Tues announced ~11.6 mln American depositary shares at $21.50, a 4.6% discount to last sale

** Co intends to use net offering proceeds to fund continued development of its product candidates, and general corporate purposes, per the offering prospectus

** Jefferies, Leerink, Evercore and Guggenheim joint bookrunners

** CNTA has ~134.4 mln shares outstanding

** With the move on the session, shares up about 52% YTD
