    * Closing for majority holding in pharmalys laboratories sa 
and in jointly-founded Pharmalys Africa Sarl has been completed 
    * Hochdorf currently has a 49% holding in Pharmalys Tunisia 
SA, integration into hochdorf group can be completed by end of 
2016
