Australia's Centrex gains on offtake deal to supply phosphate

** Shares of Centrex  CXM.AX  rise as much as 10.7% to
A$0.155, set for best day since June 2, if gains hold
    ** Minerals explorer says it signed a binding offtake
agreement with agricultural co Ravensdown for the sale of
phosphate from its Ardmore Phosphate Project
    ** Co says, the agreement is for a term of 2.5 years with
Ravensdown committed to purchase 15,000 tonnes of phosphate in
the first year
    ** CXM stock at its highest level since June 19
    ** Stock up 7.7% YTD, as of last close
