Australia's Centrex rises on offtake supply agreement with Ameropa

** Shares of Centrex Ltd  CXM.AX  rise as much as 3.2% to
A$0.160, their highest since March 10 
    ** The mineral explorer says it signed a binding offtake
agreement with Ameropa Australia for purchase of phosphate from
its Ardmore Phosphate Project in Queenland
    ** Adds agreement for a term of 2.75 years with Ameropa
committed to purchase 15,000 to 16,000 tonnes of phosphate in
the first year
    ** Co adds that phosphate supply under the agreement is
expected to begin on April 1 
    ** Stock up 19.2% this year, as of last close
